Little School Girl Shot Dead By A Police Officer After Her Mother Refuse To Give N500 Bribe(Photos)
Her name was Minex Kimora. She was 3 years old. She was killed this Thursday, October 14, 2021 while she was going to school with her sisters and her mother. An altercation between Minex's mother and a police officer escalated. The little girl was coldly shot by the man in uniform as her mother started the vehicle.
“This morning, shortly before eight o'clock, a lady who was driving her little daughter to school in her car was stopped at a gendarmerie check. The lady, according to several witnesses to the scene, did not comply. After which the policeman shot at the car. The bullet fatally hit the little girl, sitting in the back seat,” reports RFI on its website.
On social networks, there is consternation. “Buea, Bandja, Minta, Akom… is there a place in this country where the people are not angry? », asks colleague Franck Fouté.
“The unnecessary violence so decried every day brought the life of a little girl to a grinding halt this morning in Buea. She was going to school. She was going in search of knowledge. This knowledge symbolizes hope for a bright tomorrow. Such a waste ! What cruelty! I'm in trouble,” laments journalist Annie Payep.
